Sport Stacking burns lots of calories and keeps you fit

Yes we have known it for years but now it’s official!!


Another university study on sport stacking has just been published.

The study was conducted by four professors from Mesa State College and The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and has been published in the Physical Education Journal, The Physical Educator.

The study demonstrates that the amount of energy used while sport stacking is the same or greater than the amount of energy used in other common school sports.

This is more great evidence that sport stacking fits right in with other school sports and answers critics who would classify sport stacking as a sedentary activity.
